Improved Voucher System

• It's now possible to continue an unfinished lesson package on the next visit under the same conditions and prices
• Unfinished portions of a package can be used as credit toward purchasing other services

Closing Packages

Calendar & Instructors Availability

• Access the Scheduler: Click on an instructor's name in the instructor list or access control list to open their instructor dialog (where you set their salary). A new "Availability/Calendar" button will be available
• Two Availability Modes:
  • Default Mode: Instructors are assumed to be available unless you explicitly set dates when they are unavailable
  • Manual Mode: You can set both availability and unavailability dates. This is particularly useful for scheduling instructors who have regular availability periods with occasional absences (e.g., illness, vacation). If no dates are set, the instructor is considered unavailable
• Availability Visibility: When an instructor is unavailable, it will be reflected in the scheduler, preventing you from scheduling lessons during those times
